Position Overview:
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will play a pivotal role in maximizing our client experience. You’ll collaborate with CUBEX Sales Leadership, Professional Services, Operations, Customer Support, Product Development, and Integration teams. Your impact will directly contribute to our growth objectives within the rapidly expanding Veterinary Market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer audits and optimizations (both remote and onsite)
- Track customer-specific support metrics
- Conduct database reviews
- Manage equipment and software update projects
- Assist with system relocations
- Provide customer solution training and retraining
- Contribute to pipeline development for targeted accounts
- Support renewal customer sales readiness
- Participate in quarterly meetings
Focus Areas:
- Practice Health Check Program: Prepare accounts for audits
- Renewals: Engage with existing customers
- Expansions: Foster growth within our current customer base
- Windows upgrades for existing customers
- Ongoing program development
Operations:
- Collaborate in project scoping/planning sessions
- Work closely with regional and strategic teams
- Support pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation account management
- Align with customer-controlled drug policies
- Manage project logistics and equipment staging
- Contribute to product enhancement discussions
Training:
- Coordinate client team training
- Engage with CUBEX administrators, hospital management, and regional teams
Qualifications:
- Problem-solving skills and creativity
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong client and internal relationships
- Preferred: Software implementation experience and veterinary inventory knowledge
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with software and hardware systems, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and data interpretation
Location:
Remote (PST Zone)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems or similar disciplines is desired
- Knowledge of Patient Information Management Systems, Inventory Management, and or related business processes and systems helpful and preferred.
- Certifications in veterinary medicine a plus
Experience
- Minimum 5+ Years demonstrating above skills/experience
