All ideas are welcome, everyone has a voice here - unused employee genius is a big waste!THE OPPORTUNITY:We are seeking an experienced IT Warehouse & Fulfillment Leader to lead our ITAM team managing deployment and inventory of IT hardware assets for corporate clients. You will oversee ITAM operations and serve as key account manager and point of contact. You will manage the ITAM Technicians in our warehouse facility, preparing new and used devices for deployment, managing inventory, and imaging and configuration services to provision devices according to client specifications.This is an excellent opportunity to lead an ITAM team that supports the complete IT device lifecycle needs of our corporate clients, equipping corporate employees with the IT hardware tools they need to be productive.This is a full-time, exempt, onsite position M-F 8am-5pm.THE PERFECT FIT:

THE DAY TO DAY:

  • Oversee receipt, verification, and inspection of new and used IT hardware shipments including laptops, desktops, printers, and related peripherals.
  • Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service and meets our client SLA requirements.
  • Serve as a contact, working closely with the Account Management Team, for clients and participate in client meetings in a professional manner as requested.
  • Lead regular business reviews to discuss services, performance, and planning.
  • Forecast and plan staffing, inventory, and other operational needs.
  • Analyze inventory levels, establish and maintain optimal stock levels, and oversee inventory management both internally and externally at specified client locations.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance team efficiency.
  • Allocate and prioritize workloads based on changing priorities and service levels.
  • Resolve escalated issues and oversee complex device deployments.
  • Oversee and assist in the facilitation of additional client projects that require our resources and/or consultative services.
  • Track KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to all data privacy and security protocols.
  • Proactively communicate upcoming changes, provide platforms for dialogue with the team, and incorporate feedback.
  • Establish strategic relationships with key internal stakeholders to drive service excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management Team to provide any crucial operational updates or roadblocks, so they can effectively communicate with the client.

  • Set and oversee operational and quality standards for imaging, configuration, and deployment of devices based on standard builds or custom client specifications.
  • Assist in executing and implementing new procedures in partnership with the client.
  • Lead audits and prepare reports on asset status for clients as requested.
  • Coordinate hardware repairs, upgrades, maintenance, and refurbishment as needed.
  • Ensure accurate asset assignment tracking, asset status, configuration details, and required documentation supporting multiple client accounts.
  • Maintain and enforce data security protocols related to client data privacy and support legal hold requirements.
  • Continually prioritize critical workstreams with a sense of urgency to ensure the team remains focused on high value, timely deliverables.

THE VITALS:

  • 3+ years experience with IT hardware deployment and asset management
  • 3+ years leading teams
  • Familiarity with common end-user devices, peripherals, and operating systems
  • Knowledge of system imaging, deployment tools, configuration management, and asset management software; preferably ServiceNow
  • Excellent communication and strategic planning skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and documentation skills  
  • Ability to translate technical details for client support

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • The ability to stand in one place for extended periods of time without fatiguing
  • Ability to work and look at a computer screen for extended hours per day
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for consecutive hours
  • Ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • The ability to pass a drug test/background screen with no prior convictions of theft related felonies in the last 7 years
  • The ability to speak/read English fluently
