Software Engineer - Tech Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer, where you will drive the design and development of SaaS and hardware based products. You will lead projects that embrace serverless cloud technologies, API design, continuous delivery, and event-driven architectures.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of software solutions using .NET 5+, and Azure technologies.
- Manage a cross-functional team of 2-4 software engineers.
- Drive the continuous improvement of product quality and team productivity.
- Design robust, scalable, and secure APIs that integrate with internal systems and external partners.
- Implement and maintain continuous delivery pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices and standards for software development.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software, and provide technical support for complex issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with experience as a tech/team lead.
- Strong experience in Object Oriented programming and design.
- Proficient in .NET 5+ frameworks and tools, with extensive knowledge of C# programming a plus.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (or equivalent AWS/GCP experience) and its services including but not limited to Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Azure DevOps.
- Expertise in designing, developing, and managing RESTful API services.
- Proven experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) systems and practices.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a development team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic, agile environment.

Compensation
- $140K - $160K
- Internet and Cell Phone stipend
