Tulsa Welding School & Technology Center (TWSTC), a branch campus of Tulsa Welding School, opened and started training students in 2014. TWSTC is located at 243A Greens Road in Houston, Texas.The Refrigeration School, Inc (RSI) was founded in Phoenix, Arizona in 1965. RSI trains students in the technical services that are needed today and challenges the student to reach their highest level of academic knowledge and leadership capabilities.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for driving the processes post enrollment culminating in the start of the chosen program by students. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Admissions. Supports all Stratatech campuses and works in conjunction with Student Finance to provide a positive student experience and achieve the start rate metric at the campus and system level.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving the “stitch in” processes across all the campuses.
- Identifies operational and process gaps then makes recommendations for enhancements or gap closure measures.
- Ensures that all students are meeting admissions requirements during the enrollment process prior to starting the program.
- Provides observations to Admissions (DOAs) and SFS leadership on how to improve performance at the front-line level to ensure more students are successfully moving through the enrollment process.
- Develops “Post Stitch” summary that gives accurate assessment of the true pipeline for each programmatic start.
- Identifies technologic enhancements that will improve the student experience post enrollment and/or improve the start metric.
- Participates in weekly “stitch” meetings and Admissions Leadership meetings.
- Provides the Campus DOA feedback to help drive day to day activities that will streamline or improve the post enrollment process.
- Identifies resource constraints that may hinder the post enrollment process.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and minimum two years’ experience in Admissions or related field. Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years related experience is strongly preferred.
