The LINQ Marketing team is looking for an experienced customer marketer to support consistent and targeted engagement with current customers to increase loyalty/advocacy, grow LINQ stack and reduce churn. Your campaigns will promote brand and product awareness, loyalty, and customer “stickiness” across our client base and product portfolio. Campaigns will drive both high engagement, pipeline generation and customer retention to positively impact revenue. Using data and measurable results, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to create effective and targeted customer marketing strategies and programs at scale. You’re known for high attention to detail, an ability to develop and execute customer marketing strategies, targeting strategies, and content strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, manage and optimize client’s touch points designed to increase engagement, build trust, expand product stack and reduce churn. • Partner with campaign management to coordinate content that successfully promote and drive awareness to cross-sell/upsell opportunities across the product portfolio and client base. • Build and manage a cadence for client quarterly townhalls, user conferences, and advisory boards. • Conduct A/B testing, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure strong ROI. • Work with the Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Success and Support teams to develop customer communications, including newsletters, town halls, emails, webinars and events. Partner with stakeholders to carry out NPS surveys and actioning data/insights. • Manage and scale Customer Reference Program, collaborating with sales, Customer success and marketing to create a proactive pipeline of references. • Partner with Senior Campaign Manager, Product Marketing, and Sales to produce relevant content – long- and short-form – that engages prospects across the marketing funnel, including blog articles, whitepapers, emails, and more. • Collaborate across team members to create sales enablement resources and content to arm customer facing teams • Serve as primary campaign support to execute on marketing campaigns, emails, and programs across demand generation, lead generation, and customer marketing; including: email copywriting, copyediting, landing page copy and messaging, landing page built, webinar event support, etc.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer marketing, successor communications roles • Outstanding follow-through, self-starting attitude, time management, and project management skills to deliver results • Understanding of traditional, digital and emerging marketing channels. • Familiarity with B2B lifecycle marketing, growth and retention best practices, and the latest marketing technologies • Ability to plan, execute and manage multiple programs at once. • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills • Ability to write effective copy • Proficiency in Pardot, HubSpot, 6sense and Salesforce • Familiarity with GoToWebinar and ON24 (or similar webinar platform), WordPress (for knowledge, not execution) are a plus • Education industry experience preferred
