We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Jake's Sweet Shoppe. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, prompt, and efficient service.
- Assist customers in choosing from our wide variety of ice cream flavors, toppings, and desserts.
- Scoop and serve ice cream, desserts, and beverages ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Create and decorate ice cream sundaes, milkshakes, and other frozen treats.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and maintain accurate cash balances.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ice cream parlor, including serving counters, dining areas, and equipment.
- Stock supplies and ingredients, ensuring availability at all times.
- Answer customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer recommendations.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards, following proper hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
