The RevOps Analyst will be responsible for the data and CRM reporting vital to the performance of the organization. Harnessing datasets and CRM reporting, you will create actionable intelligence for the sales organization as well as deliver accurate insights, benchmark, KPI and sales performance reporting to senior management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive thought leader able to thrive in a fast-paced environment who is passionate about krevenue operations and data. This role will partner with sales, finance, marketing and management in a collaborative manner.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Evaluate, manage and advance the sales data process in Salesforce by creating processes, dashboards, reports, etc. that translate into actionable intelligence. • Organize approach to track and analyze KPIs for growth, win/loss rates, upsells, renewals, quota attainment and identify individual performance areas for improvement. • Manage commissions, sales contracts, track customers and coordinate cross-functional activities across departments. • Boost sales productivity by refining customer segmentation, simplifying the sales process and identifying pain points at every stage of the sales funnel. • Develop sales-related resource documents, including training manuals, procedures and policies and incentive programs as needed.
What We Are Looking For:
• 3+ years of successful experience in sales operations (ideally in a SaaS business) and ready for a strategic leadership role.• Advanced understanding for Salesforce.• Strong understand of strategic direction and sales goals and metrics.• Proven excellence in multi-tasking, prioritizing projects, and meeting deadlines.• Solid Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other CRM/sales tools is a plus.• Be highly organized, results-driven and tech savvy.• A desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and distributed environment.• High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.• Proficiency in leveraging data and technological tools for reporting/analytics.
