Position Summary
An Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in selling products and services to k12 Districts throughout the US.The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in achieving sales targets and annual revenue goals by actively participating in sales campaigns. This involves prospecting, developing opportunities, preparing and delivering sales demonstrations, and collaborating with an outside sales partner. Their efforts are instrumental in driving the overall sales strategy and success of the team.
Responsibilities
- Locating New Sales Opportunities: This involves tactics such as cold-calling, attending trade shows, webinars, and building mailing lists.
- Understanding Customer Needs: By actively listening and engaging with potential clients, the Inside Sales Representative gains insights into their requirements.
- Effective Sales Pitches: Crafting compelling sales presentations to showcase the advantages of the product or service.
- Negotiating Sales Terms: Collaborating with customers to finalize deals and ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Providing Product Demonstrations: Demonstrating the features and benefits of the product to potential buyers

Education & Skill Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Focusing on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
- Sales Acumen: Understanding sales processes, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- College Degree is preferred
- 3 years of inside sales experience in K12 vertical preferred.
