Brilliant PR & Marketing, one of the most respected and rapidly growing agencies focused on family-oriented brands, seeks a Full-time IT Support and Database Specialist to help support the agency’s growing, award-winning team.

Core Skills/Qualifications:
- High attention to detail.
- At least 1 year of experience with helpdesk tech support, both hardware and software
- At least 1 year of experience working with database management, queries and support.
- Intermediate to Advanced with Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft Office
- Experience with HelloOutbound, Zoom Info, HubSpot, zero bounce, and/or similar platforms.
- Experience with both Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with Google Workspace is a plus
- Email marketing experience helpful
Job Description:
- Managing and creating internal list and marketing databases in Google sheets, Hubspot, ZoomInfo and other platforms.
- Compile contact lists for sales outreach support
- Front line tech support. (Account creation, basic troubleshooting, email alias creation, password resets, hardware tracking, etc)
- Airtable Support : Basic date queries and filtering, editing user interfaces
- Manage Contacts Database, and send surveys and newsletters.

Salary: Depends on experience and skills. $45,000-$55,000 Annually.
