- Collaboration Champion: Partner effectively with Account Management, Sales, and Technology teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Troubleshooting Superhero: Identify and resolve platform issues efficiently, keeping everything running smoothly.
You're a Perfect Fit If:
- You have 1-2 years of experience in a detail-oriented office environment.
- You possess strong experience with MySQL and SQL databases.
- You're a whiz with Excel spreadsheets.
- You're organized, self-directed, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication in English: You can communicate clearly and confidently in English.
