Education Requirements:


  • High school graduate or equivalent – associate degree a plus.
  • Five years’ experience as an admirative assistant or similar support position required. 

Technology Requirements:


  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint (Expertise in Excel with ability to work with pivot tables preferred). 
  • Experience in working with a Customer Relationship Management system and/or database management platform.

Job Qualifications:


  • Provide full-cycle administrative support to our SVP, Division Directors, and Program Managers.
  • Proactively help manage complex and fluctuating calendars. 
  • Anticipate changing priorities and adjust conflicts accordingly.
  • Coordinate, organize, and schedule meetings with FEI Membership and FEI Supply Partners.
  • Support the Marketing Team in event and meeting preparation.
  • Partner cross-functionally to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Be the first line point of contact both internally and externally for assigned divisions.
  • When applicable, may need to help arrange internal and external domestic and international travel.
  • Maintain membership and supplier contact lists in CRM and all other platforms.
  • Manage and maintain “new” member onboarding in all platforms.
  • Manage projects for key identified corporate initiatives.          
  • Collaborate closely with our administrative team, membership experience manager, and marketing team on all company initiatives.
  • Liaison to CCA for discrepancy reporting.

  • Available with notice for overtime to complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and meticulous.
  • Self-motivated and has the initiative to take on new tasks with minimal supervision.

Work Environment:


Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to ten pounds.General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.

A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
