ClearDATA is seeking a Director of Product Marketing reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing. This is a leadership opportunity to position how ClearDATA protects patient data and their access to healthcare in a rapidly evolving market. The ideal candidate is an intellectually curious individual whose collaborative and self-motivated spirit thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. This is a remote role with the opportunity to collaborate with leaders across numerous go-to-market functions and with key members of our executive team.As the Director of Product Marketing you will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for our set of software and managed and professional services that create demand for ClearDATA.
Sitting at the intersection of marketing, product and customer-facing teams, you’ll create compelling resources to aid the acquisition of new customers, growing the customer base and increasing our value across the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Positioning & Messaging: Help ClearDATA standout in the market by developing clear and concise, value-focused views of customer impact based on solution benefits, market differentiation and customer feedback.
- Competitive Analysis: Develop insightful strategies for ClearDATA to outflank the competition by understanding and keeping pace with a rapidly evolving landscape of customer needs and competitive solutions.
- Product Go-To-Market: Plan, prioritize and execute cross-functional strategies and activities for product launches across a growing catalog of solutions and offerings.
- Sales Enablement: Liaise with the Product, Services and Sales Enablement team to empower market-facing teams to position and sell ClearDATA solutions with enablement collateral including, but limited to sales decks, product sheets, demo scripts, competitive battle cards, and objection kill-sheets and others as needed.
- Market Intelligence: Be the internal expert on ClearDATA’s buyers in each segment, how they buy and their decision criteria; use this information to inform positioning, messaging, product development, marketing and business development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years B2B product marketing with no less than 3 years in the cyber security field
- Ability to operate at a strategic level to identify new market opportunities while also working at a tactical level to develop and drive projects to successful completion
- Clear thinker and communicator with examples of excellent written and oral communications
- Proven problem solver, able to discern the crus of an issue and use good judgment in recommending practical solutions
- Expert at transforming the complex into the simple
- Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred.
