The UKG Pro HRIS Systems Administrator is responsible for performing a variety of system functions in the Human Resources Department. This role will serve as a key resource to Human Resources management for day-to-day tactical and operational HRIS, Payroll and Benefits concerns. As an HRIS Systems Administrator, you will configure the UKG Pro System and manage UKG Pro reporting for a wide range of Human Resources functions, including Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the UKG Pro HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end users on the UKG Pro system and related processes.
- Create, run, and distribute standard and ad hoc reports and queries for HR and other departments, using UKG Pro or other tools.
- Analyze HR data and metrics and provide insights and recommendations to HR management and leadership.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure HRIS system alignment with business needs and objectives.
- Manage and coordinate HRIS system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare and file required reporting from UKG to government agencies and other entities.
- Monitor and audit HRIS data and processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Research and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to Benefits, Payroll, and HR processing.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in HRIS and Compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS administration, with UKG Pro, UltiPro or Kronos
- Strong knowledge of HRIS system functionality, reporting, and data analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and effectively.
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
- Highly organized self-starter, proactive, effective time management skills, and excellent detail orientation.
- Must be very Analytical, skilled in data reporting and analytics, and effective in problem solving.
