Job Summary:


The Software Development Team is at the core of the amazing products we provide to our clients. The Dev Teams create the applications and infrastructure that make up our industry-leading products, as well as build the tools that other teams use every day to provide our amazing customer service. We are currently in need of a talented and driven Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be equipped with foundational knowledge of web development technologies along with a love for visual design and an eye for detail. In this role, the Front-End Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using various web languages and technologies.

We are looking for someone who enjoys challenges and loves to deliver boosted user experiences that drive customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement highly-responsive user interface components using modern UI/UX technologies such as ReactJS, VueJS, and/or Angular.
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable code.
  • Create and present mockups of new features to tailor and refine designs and functionality.
  •  Perform design, layout, and coding activities to create functional web pages.
  •  Ensure that the website design is optimized for multiple device interfaces (mobile, desktop, etc.).
  •  Collaborate closely with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.
  •  Take part in peer code reviews, enhance technical skills and boost organizational productivity.
  •  Debug and troubleshoot to maintain the websites for possible problems and fixes.
  •  Assist with the maintenance and updates of new and existing web applications.
  •  Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them into operations and activities.
  •  Support other team members with training and onboarding.
  •  Willingness to learn and support additional tasks.

Job Qualifications:


  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Front-End Development in a professional role.
  • Proficient understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of a JavaScript framework such as ReactJS, AngularJS, or VueJS.
  • Understanding of server-side CSS, including frameworks such as LESS and SASS.
  • Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
  • Understanding of responsive and mobile design.
  • Understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to efficiently collaborate in a team.

Work Environment:


Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.

A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
