What You'll Do:

Become a Platform Expert: Master arrivia'stravel partner platforms and configure them perfectly for each client's unique needs.
Collaboration is Key: Partner with Account Management, Sales, and Technology teams to deliver exceptional service.
Troubleshooting Expert: Identify and resolve platform issues efficiently, keeping everything running smoothly.

You're a Great Fit If:

You have 1-2 years of experience in a detail-oriented office environment.
Experience with MySQL and SQL database
Highly proficient in excel
You're organized, self-directed, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
