Today, we are scaling our Software Implementation Team to efficiently onboard a growing pipeline of customers. Travel may be required intermittently. Your job will be to understand how our customers operate, train them on best practices, and ensure they integrate successfully with our software in a short period of time; you’re the project manager that drives the onboarding experience.
What You’ll Do:
Onboard clients, train staff on how to successfully navigate the Treez platform, and launch the technology at the client location (CA, AZ, CO, MI, MA, NJ, MI)
Troubleshoot technical issues, report bugs, and represent the customer
Plan and execute projects within specific timelines to ensure customer success
This is a Mon-Fri role where your hours may change based on implementation schedules.
Travel is required for onsite client training. (approximately 1 week per month)
What You’ll Need:
2+ years experience in a Customer Facing Tech Support or Software Implementation role preferably with a technology company
OR 2+ years experience in back of the house Dispensary Operations (like inventory or operations where you understand the elements of technology)
OR 2+ years experience in project management/software implementation
Business Acumen & basic understanding of the software development life cycle
Excel/Sheets Proficiency (matching/joining/parsing/etc)
Cannabis retail experience strongly valued
Comfort in a fast-paced early-stage startup environment
Collaborative professional approach, strong internal and client-facing communication skills
Advanced problem solving, troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
College degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have:
Experience with Salesforce, Parabola, Slack, Rocketlane, Confluence, Google Suite
Technical Skills - fluency with webhooks, APIs, SQL, data connectors
Technical problem-solving skills to be able to fix problems that span from data migration issues to troubleshooting hardware. (Updating tables, querying db, running scripts)
Annual Salary Range 75,000 - 90,000
