WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Tech Support team member at Treez you’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers get exceptional technical support and customer service. You will be providing product and technical support, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT
- Respond to inbound customer and stakeholder inquires
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service with a focus on resolving issues quickly and efficiently
- Identify & troubleshoot product and technical issues and then provide clear and concise explanations and solutions to our clients
- Be a valued subject matter expert to our customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customers with accurate information and support
- Maintain accurate and detailed customers records and documentation
- Continuously evaluate and identify areas for improvement in the technical support process
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Verifiable cannabis technology industry experience required (POS or Payments experience preferred)
- At least 3+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Experience using customer support software and tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc.
- Strong phone and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently, autonomously & efficiently in a remote work environment
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Must be willing to have flexible work hours in order to meet the needs of the business/customer
- Bonus points if you have experience working with API's and SQL
The anticipated compensation for this role is a base salary of $65,000 to $75,000 annually depending upon a number of factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, work experience, geographic location, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
