The GreenLight platform allows us to research, design, and manufacture across multiple product categories including insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides.  For more information, visit www.greenlightbio.com.The System Administrator will primarily administrate D365 Finance/Supply Chain (D365 FO) implementation and support our internal end-users.

The administrator must completely understand the organization's D365 FO environment. They will serve as a key point of contact for all D365 FO issues, incidents, and enhancement requests.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Play a key role as a D365 Finance & Supply Chain technical expert and system administrator
  • Batch job maintenance and monitoring
  • Manage D365 FO security roles
  • Work with internal team members and external/vendor personnel to troubleshoot and resolve D365 F&SCM issues
  • Develop custom D365 application components based on user requirements when appropriate using .NET, X++, C#, C++
  • Collaborate with developers, integrators, and business partners for system enhancements/upgrades. Assist in driving consensus among internal stakeholders
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities for assigned systems and processes
  • Manage and maintain system integrations to other internal and external systems
  • Create and maintain documentation of new processes and system implementations and provide general knowledge sharing with the team
  • Support production deployments and help team ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
  • Other IT-related operations, administration, and maintenance functions as required

Requirements for Position:


  • 2+ years of prior hands-on experience using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
  • Expert understanding of D365 ERP data model, system modules and functionalities.
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics design, custom configuration, integration

Knowledge of: Microsoft Dynamics AX Infrastructure Support, Microsoft Dynamics Deployments, Implementations, D365 Upgrades, Migrations, Installation, End-User Training, User Training, IT/Admin Training, Pre and Post Go-Live Support activities

  • Ability to work effectively with changing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Experience working with Azure Cloud
  • Experience working with systems and helping drive consensus across a wide variety of stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing etc.)
  • Experience working with Managed Service Providers on software and hardware deliverables
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong work ethic and personally accountable
  • Must be highly motivated and work well both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment to meet assigned deadlines
  • Understanding of core ITSM processes and procedures
