We are seeking a LEASING, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT who will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Leasing team. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft and coordinate the processing of documentation and execution of all leases related documents including letters of intent, emails, proposals, broker agreements leases, amendments, and renewals.
- Support Leasing business unit by gathering the necessary information for deal packages and entering data into the Deal Manager platform.
- Update and maintain all databases related to the Leasing business unit, such as Deal Manager.
- Coordinate legal documents, proposals, leases, amendments, and consent agreements with leasing and legal teams.
- Manage broker relationships by consolidating market data and coordinating materials.
- Assist Leasing team members with various support duties, such as research, tracking key dates, data entry, and other leasing actions.
- Update and maintain tenant contact sheets.
- Assist with all aspects of Leasing team travel arrangements and expense reconciliation as required.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the individual Leasing Managers and attend regular Leasing business unit meetings.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as requested.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ leasing or property management experience in a retail leasing or marketing role of mixed-use commercial real estate; and a bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
- Ability to develop strong relationships and build appropriate rapport as well as constructive relationships internally and externally.
- Proficient with Google productivity tools and database platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exhibit a high level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a high growth organization.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with and exposure to commercial retail lease agreements.
