The Controller will serve DexCare supporting the Company's high growth objectives, goals, and strategies under the guidance of the CFO and in partnership with the Director of FP&A.
This position will lead the accounting function, month-end close, audit, tax, and risk management and optimize related systems and processes.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all aspects of the company's accounting operations, including but not limited to financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, tax and insurance
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant regulations
- Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, including preparation of audit schedules, liaising with external auditors, and ensuring timely completion
- Enact plans to automate financial systems and processes, including further, but not limited to, financial reporting, order to cash, tax compliance, and management reporting
- Mentor and supervise a team of bookkeepers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Drive the implementation of NetSuite ERP system, working closely with IT and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition
- Develops long-term trusted relationships with internal business leaders and external partners, including auditors, tax consultants, and other financial advisors
- Documents and explains the impact of position papers related to technical accounting/tax issues
What You’ll Bring
- CPA required
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience
- SaaS industry experience required
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, U.S. Tax Compliance, and management reporting and analysis
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience highly desirable
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Final salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s final level and final location. Also, this range represents base salary only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits if applicable.
