We are seeking a SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST who is responsible for asset cashflow modeling and financial reporting
.
This position requires a deep understanding of real estate finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly. The successful candidate will succeed by providing accurate financial models and comprehensive reports that drive strategic decision-making and fund level performance reporting

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Asset Cash Flow Modeling:
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed cash flow models for various real estate assets.
- Analyze financial performance and projections to support investment decisions.
- Assess the financial impact of potential acquisitions, dispositions, and capital projects.
- Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to evaluate risks and opportunities.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data for internal and external reporting.
- Collaborate with Accounting and Asset Management teams to reconcile discrepancies and ensure full understanding of the asset and business plan.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with Asset management, acquisitions, and accounting teams to gather and analyze relevant data.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field; CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the real estate or private equity industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of real estate markets and investment strategies.
- Familiarity with financial software and tools (e.g., Argus, Yardi, MRI) is a plus.
