Mactores is seeking a Business Analytics Consultant who will be one step ahead by uncovering data-driven insights that fuel our strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for delivering the best with sophisticated reports and dashboards that illuminate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to renewals and financial exposure. By collaborating with stakeholders and senior leadership, you'll take leadership in developing data-driven strategies that deliver customer value.
What you will do?
- Dive into complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business decisions.
- Analyze renewal data to identify opportunities for improvement and evaluate financial exposure to mitigate risk.
- Design and create cutting-edge reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs and gather business requirements. Drive business testing and secure product sign-off.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop data strategies aligned with business goals and utilize advanced analytics techniques to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 4+ years of business analytics experience, focusing on renewals and financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (SQL, Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Deep understanding of financial metrics and renewal processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to translate complex information into clear narratives for stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You will be preferred if:
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Oracle, etc.).
- Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques (e.g., forecasting, predictive modeling, machine learning) is highly desired.
