Job Summary:The Office Manager (IT and HR) will be responsible for overseeing various administrative, information technology, and human resources functions within the location. This role requires a multi-faceted individual who can efficiently manage office operations, support the IT needs of the team, and provide essential HR support.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Management:
Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environmentManage office supplies, equipment and inventoryCoordinate office maintenance repairs, and improvementsAssist with event planning and coordination for company meetings and eventsMaintain IT policies and procedures to enhance data securityInformationTechnology IT Support
Manage the IT assets in Seattle, including computers and peripherals Collaborate with the IT department in Portland for problem resolutions and directionMaintain IT policies and procedures to enhance data security and hardware upkeepHuman Resources (HR) Support:
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviewsWork with the HR department on processes and proceduresSupport HR in organizing training sessions and maintaining compliance with labor laws.Participate in employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environmentGeneral Administrative Support:
Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for senior managementPrepare and manage internal and external communicationsAssist with Travel arrangements and expense reportsHandle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Kitchen’s:
Light cleaning of the kitchen’s upkeep, dishwasher loading/unloading, wiping down counters/tables, etc.Maintain fully stocked, organized & clean kitchens,and ensure that all past due and unsafe food is properly disposed of.Maintaining Apartment:
Manage company apartment access, usage, and cleaning- communicating availability providing access and ensuring proper use.After each person stays in the apartment and prior to new people arriving check the apartment for cleanliness and supplies.Wash all laundry for the apartment. (Use washer and dryer at work location)Make the bed prior to the new arrivals. (People staying in the apartment will put all laundry in the basket for washing including sheets)Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously.Handle confidential informationRun business errandsOther duties as assigned.Qualifications
- College degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and related business experience
- 5+ years’ experience in an office,m administrative or clerical setting
- Proficient with Google applications as well as Microsoft Office
- Strong writing, communication, and math skills
- Strong team player who is willing to go above and beyond
- Must be Detail oriented
- Valid Driver’s License, with a vehicle and current insurance.

Salary Range $65K-$75K,
