At Melio, we are looking for a talented and driven 
Procurement Manager to join our fast-paced, innovative finance team.This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of our procurement processes, and the optimization of Melio’s strategic vendors’ engagements.You will work closely with various departments, build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, and contribute to the strategic direction of our procurement practices. Qualifications


  • 3-5 years in a similar role, with at least 3 years as a Purchasing Manager in tech-oriented organizations and specific experience with SW&SaaS procurement.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement smart, lean, and controlled cross-functional processes, and drive effective cross-organizational collaborations.
  • Previous experience working with ERP systems - Must
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in building and implementing Procurement processes and methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication in both English and Hebrew.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability in all tasks.
  • A desire to learn and grow with the team, and the ability to adapt, as our needs and mission evolve.

Bonus points:


  • Familiarity with business, technology, and financial principles.
  • Familiarity with P2P platforms such as ZIP, Cupa, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
  • experience with NetSuite- Advantage.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Previous experience as a procurement manager in a public-traded company.
  • Solid judgment, along with decision-making skills.

How is your day going to look? What you will be doing? 


  • Manage purchase engagements from end to end, including sourcing, issuing, delivery, and payment.
  • Design and Implement Procurement processes and set procurement policies to enable scale and smooth execution of business activities.
  • Oversee Melio’s annual software budget.
  • Develop, implement, and review procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with business, legal, and financial teams on contracts and invoicing.
  • Establish performance metrics to monitor and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Maintain supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
  • Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility.
  • Seek and negotiate agreements with reliable vendors and suppliers.
  • Assist all departments with procurement needs as required.

The Finance department actively participates in designing features, managing the flow of funds, and making decisions. We also closely monitor Melio’s gross profit and financial data. As part of a finance team within a fintech company, you’ll have a unique opportunity to make a real impact on Melio, its product, and our users and help the company scale.
