About the Role
At Netlify, our marketing team is committed to fostering growth, increasing brand awareness, and engaging with our community. We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Senior Manager, Demand Generation and ABM to join us and own the strategy and execution of global, multi-challenge demand campaigns that support our mission to enable developers and businesses to create incredible digital experiences. In this role, you’ll bridge product marketing and lead generation, ensuring our message reaches the right audience.
By driving top-of-funnel activities and supporting sales through targeted ABM initiatives, you’ll play a key role in Netlify’s growth, particularly in the enterprise market.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategize, execute, measure, and iterate on campaign strategy to reach and engage the Enterprise market segment.
- Work closely with Sales to structure, plan, and operationalize our Enterprise ABM program.
- Manage a team focused on partner, field, and event strategies aimed at fostering engagement within Netlify’s enterprise and developer communities.
- Orchestrate the process from concept through execution of demand programs and projects, including identifying roles and dependencies, handling timelines, tracking deliverables, and planning.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop a coordinated strategy and campaign plan to support lead generation.
- Leverage data to develop insights that guide campaign strategy, while analyzing, optimizing, and communicating results and learnings on an ongoing basis.
- Utilize market research to identify and inform new demand-generation opportunities.
What You’ll Bring:
- A breadth of experience in demand generation and campaign management, with an extensive history of drafting and executing marketing strategies and driving enterprise-level ABM programs.
- Significant B2B Saas experience, with a focus on technical enterprise solutions and/or developer marketing.
- A proven track record of positively impacting pipeline through the design and delivery of high-performing demand-generation campaigns.
- Well-versed in data-driven approaches, with the ability to spin up complex reports, interpret results, and uncover insights.
- A self-starter, able to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills are required, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency with marketing automation, attribution modeling, content syndication, and fluency with Hubspot, Salesforce, Sendoso, G2, Google Analytics, and 6Sense, a plus.

We anchor our compensation philosophy on a market-based approach, therefore salary ranges may differ depending on the labor cost in a particular location. The salary provided is in addition to robust benefits and participation in Netlify’s equity plan. Our base compensation for this role is targeted at $127,000 - $172,500 for most US-based locations. Candidates based outside of the US or in premium markets should consult with their Talent Acquisition partner regarding location-based ranges, as it may be higher or lower than the average US range listed.
The starting pay will be determined based on multiple factors, including expertise and skills, market demands, experience, internal equity, and applicable geographic location. These compensation packages and ranges are subject to change and may be modified in the future.
