The Role:


We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Senior Product Marketing Manager/ Associate Director of Marketing to own the Viz.ai Radiology Suite, Viz.ai One Platform, Viz Trauma, and upcoming new solutions, who will take part in creating a complete marketing experience through every facet of the product journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans for our products in the healthcare industry. This is a highly cross-functional role partnering closely with Sales, Growth, Product, Operations, Regulatory, Clinical, Customer Success, and more. 

You will:


  • Launch innovative AI solutions into the market with a focus on clinicians.
  • Assist in the development of product messaging & positioning across every customer touch point.
  • Understand how to translate features into value for end users in the clinical environment.
  • Analyze and summarize weekly and quarterly business performance.
  • Create and deliver formal presentations and lead group discussions on products for a broad range of clinical audiences.
  • Collaborate with our partners to maximize the impact of our message in the market.
  • Plan and complete successful customer events, including conferences, webinars, and feedback sessions.

What success looks like: 


  • You can put a marketing plan together including the budget and discrete deliverables and can then execute on that plan.
  • After 90 days you understand the market and Viz well enough to plan, do, check, and act independently but with frequent updates to your manager. 
  • You are comfortable being the subject matter expert and can translate clinical benefits into a compelling story.
  • You are able to continually prioritize your tasks in a dynamic, creative, fast paced environment.
  • You have the ability to be the voice of the consumer and a strong technical fluency with the ability to translate features into consumer benefits.

We are looking for:


  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare, management consulting, software, medical device or a related field.
  • Familiarity with life science, cardiology, oncology, neurology, clinical trials, radiology, trauma, medical devices, or enterprise solutions. Preference for experience in more than one.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with expertise for planning and strategy creation.
  • Highly collaborative with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Outstanding storytelling capabilities as well as presentation and negotiation skills.
  • You can handle complexity and can deal with ambiguity and change well.
  • You have a proactive approach to problem solving that helps you navigate any challenge.
  • You combine analytical aptitude with creative intuition.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
