Description
Reusable launch systems are the key to seamlessly connecting Earth and space. As a full cycle recruiter, you will be instrumental in helping us reach our goals by filling critical roles with top talent. In this role, you will work with internal stakeholders to attract and hire talent across various teams, as well as improving upon our recruiting processes.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and onboarding
- Build robust candidate pipelines for our niche engineering and leadership roles
- Partner with our Stoke team to gain a deep understanding of our business, mission, and headcount needs
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience and communicate with candidates to foster long-term relationships
- Ensure a high level of discretion and confidentiality within our ATS and other People systems
- Assist with other initiatives as needed, such as the intern program or university relations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting
- Experience sourcing for electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, aerospace engineers, and/or software engineers
- Experience in successfully developing and executing hiring strategies, as well as influencing business leaders
- Skilled in identifying talent through various channels or sourcing techniques
- Proven track record in solving complex challenges and achieving consistent results
- Ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to work onsite at our Kent, WA location
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, Greenhouse preferred

Compensation
Target Levels:
- Level 2 Range: $74,400 - $114,500
- Level 3 Range: $95,500 - $143,200
