About the Role:


The Invoca marketing team is seeking a talented and strategic Director of Partner Marketing to lead our partner ecosystem marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be part of a vibrant, remote, and dynamic team, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and customer success leaders to expand Invoca’s partner programs and alliances. You will play a critical role in developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies that drive mutual growth for both Invoca and its partners. The ideal candidate should be an energetic and strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and nurturing successful partner relationships in the SaaS and AI space.

You Will:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy to enhance Invoca’s visibility and demand through and with our partners, including technology partners, digital agencies, and resellers.
  • Act as a key liaison between Invoca’s marketing team and our partner ecosystem, designing and implementing co-marketing programs, better together use cases and campaigns that drive partner engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth, ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the Strategic alliances team to onboard new strategic partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships to create market demand.
  • Drive partner communication strategies, including regular newsletters, webinars, and events to keep partners informed and engaged with Invoca's products and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure partner needs and feedback are incorporated into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics related to partner marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

You Have:


  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5-7 years focused on partner marketing in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Software.
  • Proven success in developing and executing partner marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth and partner engagement.
  • Experience establishing and managing relationships with technology partners, digital agencies, resellers, and other channel partners.
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align and execute on go-to-market strategies.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics related to partner marketing efforts.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple priorities and drive cross-functional alignment and execution.
