About Agreena
Agreena is an exciting, dynamic, and purpose-oriented organisation united in a mission to mobilise farmers and corporations to unlock the value of nature and help restore the planet. While we’re rooted in agriculture, finance, and technology, our team of experts range from soil carbon scientists and software developers to market strategists and regulatory affairs experts. Over 230 employees across more than 40 nationalities are gathered under the common Agreena flag – either working from our headquarters in Copenhagen, offices in London, or remotely across Europe.As a rapidly scaling climate agtech, Agreena provides solutions that drive both environmental and financial sustainability in farming. We have helped farmers across 18 countries in their conversion journey from conventional agriculture to regenerative farming practices to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and remove CO2 from the atmosphere, storing it in soil.

Our company offers a supportive and positive work environment with opportunities for learning, leading and growth no matter where you are in your professional journey. We believe in giving our employees a lot of responsibility, and we encourage new thinking, innovation and fun.

And this is where you come in:

As a CS Specialist, your role will be to oversee a portfolio of farmers on our platform, onboard new farmers onto the programme and actively support our yearly carbon cycle. You will therefore have frequent contact with farmers and landowners, to support them in navigating the program and its requirements. You'll be the key player in gathering vital farmer data, crafting impactful interactions, and designing success strategies tailored specifically for our hardworking farmers. In our team, we are committed to cultivate a vibrant community of climate-conscious farmers, united in their commitment to sustainable practices and agricultural innovation. In this role, you will also often liaise with the company’s other teams, such as Product or Business Development, to improve the entire customer experience. We are looking for a person who is located in Copenhagen and can come to the office.

How will you make an impact:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters;
  • Organise and support the harvest year cycle through onboarding and validating new users and supporting them in reporting their activities;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within your territory;
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed;
  • Reinforce the support activities by answering to customer requests and claims.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject (Business, Sustainability, Communication, Marketing, …) - finished or in progress;
  • Fluency in Bulgarian on a native level;
  • Excellent written and spoken level of English;
  • Experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel);
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Fluency in other languages;
  • Experience in the field of agriculture or sustainability;
  • Experience in a customer-facing position such as Customer Success, Account Management, Supply Chain or Support;
  • Experience with CRM softwares (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho, Hubpost).

What’s in it for you:

  • A unique opportunity to join and help shape a fast-growing tech scale up with the determination and ambitious mission to reverse climate change;
  • A truly global environment where you can collaborate and socialise with diverse and passionate colleagues;
  • Competitive compensation package and holidays;
  • Centrally located modern office in Copenhagen;
  • Team events throughout the year;
  • An exciting purpose-led culture and mission;
  • Open communication and supportive feedback culture.
