ypical day-to-day in this role will involve:
- Being the first interaction nurses have with our platform.
- Reviewing nurse profiles, licensures, & preferences.
- Explaining the Incredible Health process to nurses and setting them up for success on our platform.
You might be the one we’re looking for if:
- You have customer service experience.
- You have empathy and a natural ability to build rapport when interacting with nurse candidates by phone, email, and text.
- You are organized and have the ability to prioritize and organize a dashboard of candidates.
- You can move fast, make decisions quickly, and display good judgment.
- You have a desire to solve problems with creative solutions.
- You have a willingness and desire to learn.
- You have a collaborative, team-oriented working style with the ability to work independently and make decisions when needed.
- You have a positive attitude and are comfortable adapting to change.
- Available to work 40 hours per week including evenings and weekends availability. We cannot support part-time (less than 40 hours) at the moment.
- You are authorized to work in the US.
- RN experience is preferred, not required.
