We are always on the lookout for new talent and crypto-curious thinkers who share our passion for the future of finance.As a Quantitative Analyst at Bitstamp, you will be responsible for developing new features for our derivatives offering, delivering detailed product requirements, and collaborating with engineering on feasibility and implementation. You will conduct market research and competitor analysis, propose innovative solutions, and monitor product performance data to drive improvements.

What You'll Do
- Help create new features for our derivatives offering.
- Deliver detailed product requirements and work closely with engineering on technical feasibility and implementation plans.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis, proposing and delivering innovative solutions.
- Monitor and analyze product performance data to drive future improvements.
- Perform data analytics using metrics to identify trends and themes.
What You Will Bring
- Minimum of 5 years in a role such as quantitative analyst/developer, trader, or product manager within financial services, focusing on trading/pricing/risk managing derivatives or designing/managing an MTF/clearing house.
- Experience working in tech firms and collaborating with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate issues and ideas to various levels of seniority, both internally and externally.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex workflows and excellent attention to detail.

Nice to haves
- Experience with cryptocurrency, including familiarity with crypto derivatives.
- Experience working on products for an exchange or in the financial markets division of an international investment bank or broker.
