Guild is hiring for an Engagement Manager, Employer Partner Services (Healthcare) to play a central role in Guild’s mission by helping to build and maintain solid relationships with current and new Fortune 1000 Healthcare clients. In this role, you’ll develop an intimate understanding of the strategic needs of our employer partners, maximizing the value of their partnership with Guild and ensuring their business objectives and goals are met. In collaboration with the greater Employer Partner Services team, you will translate our partners’ needs, issues, and ideas into effective strategies and action plans that will scale and grow their educational benefits offerings.Guild operates on the cutting edge of the Future of Work, partnering with the United States’ largest companies to innovate on educating and upskilling millions of employees.
These employers span industries, focusing on employers with large populations of front-line employees, including Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Restaurants and Telecommunications. The Employer Partner Services team manages and grows these strategic client relationships.
As an Engagement Manager, Healthcare Client Services, you will work across a concentrated set of clients to:
- Responsible for formulating account strategies and outlining clear roadmaps for success across Guild’s commercial outcomes, the employer’s critical initiatives and their employee’s educational goals
- Manage key workstreams from onboarding to expansion throughout their partnership with Guild including partnering with cross-functional teams
- Become a trusted advisor by proactively engaging with employer partners to understand their needs, goals and challenges. Use qualitative and quantitative skills and robust problem-solving approaches to develop actionable and compelling recommendations to address their needs.
- Increase employer partner’s satisfaction through robust storytelling and content creation, honing your ability to create compelling narratives and visuals while bringing Guild’s insights and strategic initiative ideas to life
- Establish and develop long-term strategic relationships with current and new employer executive and day to day partners
- Partner with the Director in the team’s development and scaling efforts
- Serve as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and training and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team to enhance overall performance
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
- Customer success or client services experience (experience working in the healthcare industry a major plus)
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize information and communicate insights effectively
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills including the demonstrated ability to present insights and complex information in a clear and understandable manner
- Strong organization and team management, with high attention to detail and the ability to keep track of both the high-level progress and the small details
- Proactiveness in solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and the eagerness to take on additional initiatives as needed.
- Experience engaging cross-functionally with a broad range of internal and external collaborators
- A team-oriented mindset, thriving in an environment that’s collaborative and celebrates change
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
