About the Role:
As the Sr. Recruiter, you will be responsible for all recruiting related needs for our US based team. You will be instrumental in helping to bring the best in class talent to Nanit and you’re obsessed with providing the most delightful candidate experience. You understand the importance of building rapport and relationships through each interaction. The ideal candidate has had prior experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles at all levels. This requires a level of communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and interact with hiring managers and executive leadership across the organization.
This role will report into our Senior Director of Global HR in the US.
What you'll be doing:
- Be the go-to-expert of our ATS, Greenhouse
- Own the full recruiting cycle from the open position’s intake form stage to the offer stage
- Collaborate with hiring manager to create an effective JD, sourcing strategy, hiring dimensions, interview strategy, closing strategy
- Partner with the HR team to ensure we’re sourcing the most diverse pool of candidates possible, while providing the most positive and inclusive candidate experience
- Utilize sourcing and pipeline data to constantly iterate and improve our recruiting function
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of work experience in talent acquisition as an internal recruiter
- Proficient in using Greenhouse
- Experience with full cycle recruiting on non-technical and technical roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interfacing with hiring managers at all levels—including executive level
- Experience using sourcing and recruiting data to make improvements to our internal processes
- Experience using LinkedIn as a sourcing and recruiting tool
- Proven track record of consistently hitting internal hiring goals
- Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and implementing successful recruiting strategies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities independently
This is a part-time temporary role. The ideal candidate will be expected to commit 20-25 hours per week.
Salary Range: $40 - $45 per hour. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
