About The Role:
As a Partnerships Support Engineer at Aptos Korea, you will play a critical role in nurturing our relationships with key enterprises and gaming partners. Leveraging your extensive experience and technical skills, you will guide our partners through the complexities of blockchain development, ensuring they can efficiently build and launch groundbreaking products on the Aptos platform. This position offers the opportunity to influence the direction of blockchain technology within the gaming sector and beyond, positioning Aptos as the go-to platform for developers and enterprises alike.
What You’ll Be Doing: Responsibilities
- Drive the adoption of Aptos among potential partners by leveraging your deep understanding of gaming platforms and development methodologies, while also building your expertise in Web3 technologies.
- Lead technical collaborations with integration partners, focusing on the development and deployment of new protocols and applications on the Aptos blockchain.
- Craft and refine developer tools, tutorials, and documentation to enhance the developer experience, with a particular focus on serving the gaming ecosystem.
- Serve as a technical liaison between Aptos Labs and our partners, translating business needs into technical solutions that leverage the Aptos ecosystem.
- Work closely with the Aptos Labs engineering team to translate community feedback into actionable insights that inform product development and innovation.
What we’re looking for:
- 7 years of experience in software development, with a significant portion of that time spent in partnerships and support roles within the gaming industry.
- Proven track record of technical decision-making and leading development teams through the entire lifecycle of game development and launch.
- Strong foundation in client-side and server-side development, with an openness to deepening knowledge of Web3 and blockchain technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage internal, cross-functional colleagues, projects, and partnerships effectively, with a focus on achieving tangible results.
- Fluent in Korean and English, with exceptional communication skills that cater to a diverse audience, from individual developers to enterprise partners.
- A proactive, self-directed professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving innovation in the blockchain and gaming industries.
The base salary range for this full-time position is ₩175,000,000 - 198,000,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and typical maximum target for new hire salaries for the position of a candidate based in the locations at any level. We do hire exceptionally talented professionals with decades of experience in their field. As such, our range may be higher than what is displayed. Our base salary ranges are determined by experience and location, and we hire at all levels for multiple roles.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills demonstrated during the interviews, working experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only and do not include equity, tokens, or benefits.
