What you'll do:
- High volume calls and full cycle recruiting expected
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Utilize creative sourcing methods to identify and attract top-tier technical talent
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Candidate Engagement: create a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Implement strategies to keep candidates excited about the company and the role
- Innovative Outreach: stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting
- Implement creative and innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates
- Collaborative Team Player: work closely with the People Team to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Brand Ambassadorship: contribute to the development and maintenance of the employer brand
What You'll Bring:
- Startup hungry; you excel in a fast-paced, scrappy environment and you welcome new challenges
- Must have experience at a start up
- Committed to building an in-person work culture; you prefer an onsite or hybrid work model
- 4+ years of experience in high-growth startups as a Technical Recruiter
- Ability to hire high volume engineering IC and management roles
- Experience with non-tech roles
- Familiarity with the latest trends and tools in technical recruiting
- Experience with the applicant tracking system Lever is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey the company culture and mission to potential candidates
- You have an enthusiastic, positive and energetic approach to recruitment
- You know how to #movefast and allocate your time to responsibilities without missing deadlines
