We are building an AI system based on a fundamentally new approach that goes beyond LLMs, aimed at providing novel capabilities. These include performing multi-step analysis, providing a verifiable reasoning path, citing sources, and assessing uncertainty. We envision applications supporting and automating analysis and research in domains such as Finance, Strategy Consulting, Engineering, Material Sciences, and more.
As we are growing and working towards the release of our first product, we are looking for a strong addition to our Finance and Business Operations team. You will be part of a lean, results-oriented team of creative problem-solvers and doers, reacting to the day-to-day needs of our evolving organisation as well as building the systems and processes for our company to scale. Required experience
- Hands-on experience across Finance and Revenue Operations- Experience in new product pricing and revenue analysis- Academic background in Finance- Tech-savviness (building and using sophisticated tools and models)- 1 to 2 years in a top-tier management consulting firm combined with a first experience within a start-up, setting ambitious goals and achieving them- Desire to grow and work at the forefront of AI research and engineering
Responsabilities
As one of two people on the Finance team, working directly under the CEO, you will contribute to a wide range of strategic and critical topics for the growth of the company, for example:Strategy: • Develop our legal entity strategy for revenue, tax, and employment considerations • Explore and implement upgrades to our stock co-ownership program • Manage fundraising rounds and investor relations• Provide strategic financial counsel • Develop revenue and product pricing strategies HR Finance / Payroll: • Expand our global hiring and payroll capabilities • Optimise workforce planning and spend predictions • Research and implement innovative Reward / Incentive structuresOperations: • Vendors and service providers: negotiate contracts, monitor performance, optimise processes • Prepare finance infrastructure for revenueFor this job opening, we are looking for someone who can work within the CET timezone.
