The Procurement Lead will be responsible for managing and optimizing our software procurement processes, negotiating contracts with third-party vendors, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of procurement best practices, and the ability to collaborate with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Software Spend Management: Oversee and control the company's software procurement, ensuring efficient and cost-effective purchasing.
- Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with third-party vendors to secure the best terms and conditions.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable and high-quality service.
- Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in the procurement of software and related services.
- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and best practices in procurement to make informed decisions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, legal, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless procurement processes and support business needs.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, savings achieved, and vendor performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain/Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPM, CPSM) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Strategic procurement and Contract Development & Management, with a focus on software or technology procurement. Minimum of 2 years of experience with sourcing and negotiations of IT services
