We are Belvo, an open finance API platform with the bold vision of democratizing access to financial services in Latin America. We enable any financial innovator to access and interpret financial data, as well as initiate payments from their end-users accounts. We’re turning the messy complexities of the Latin American financial ecosystem into a modern set of tools to access and interpret data and move money in a seamless and secure way.We’re a highly-technical, passionate, and driven team. We are more than 90 people and our team currently represents 20 nationalities.
We have offices in São Paulo and Mexico City – while a large portion of us work remotely.We are tackling a very stimulating problem: connecting fintech innovators with legacy financial infrastructure. We are pragmatic and customer-focused. We strive to find the right set of trade-offs in order to validate our hypothesis as early as possible, iterating on our products based on customer feedback.
We communicate transparently. We do weekly all-hands where we get together to discuss company performance and goals.
While we are global and remote-friendly, we also operate from our vibrant offices in CDMX and Sao Paulo. To accommodate the various time zone sin which we are based, we ensure we’re always synced up between 3 pm and 6 pm, CEST.

Your opportunity:
Manage local marketing activities to drive growth and generate more qualified prospects through events, PR, content and multi-channel digital campaigns; work closely with the Head of Marketing to achieve the marketing goals.
Events: Manage third-party industry events, speakers, logistics, contractors, budget, and timelines, as well as run our own events.
Measure and quantify results, and incorporate lessons learned into future events and sponsorship opportunities.
Manage all the PR initiatives in Brazil to drive brand awareness and position Belvo as a thought voice in Open Finance and payments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the main media outlets.
Adapt content materials such as whitepapers, product guides, newsletters to the local market.
Create content adapted to the country's specific needs: blog posts, opinion columns, press releases, etc.
Measure KPIs through tools like Google Analytics and Hubspot in alignment with the company OKRs.
Build a strong community around Open Finance in Brazil through events and partnerships with the main fintech institutions and associations.
This position may be for you if:
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in organizing and managing events, preferably within the tech or fintech industry.
PR expert with proven experience managing media outlet relationships.
Rock-solid communicator and storyteller and you can proudly showcase relevant credentials.
A digital content wizard with a data mindset.
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
You are a self-starter comfortable working on your own with minimal supervision.
Native in Portuguese, fluent in English.
Amazing if:
Have 3+ years of relevant marketing experience in B2B SaaS products.
Previous experience in Fintech or Financial Services.
Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
Previous experience working with international, distributed, and remote teams
Fluency in other languages, like Spanish, will be a bonus!
