What We Need
We’re looking for a seasoned commercial and sales leader who will manage our UK expansion and growth into agency holding companies. Reporting to SVP Europe, the successful candidate will deliver on evangelizing Yieldmo products (Native, Video, Display, High-Impact, PMP and OMP) and building relationships among senior agency leadership to drive revenue. A top candidate will demonstrate the ability to think strategically, build and grow a team, identify new business opportunities and navigate conversations with agencies at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Drive UK commercial strategy for the major agency holding companies (with a primary focus on Publicis)
- Evangelize Yieldmo technology and products to agency Sr. Leadership
- Partner with sales and DSP partnerships team to identify opportunities and leverage relationships in the ecosystem to drive customer success
- Understand and monitor key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth or improvement
- Conduct regular business reviews with agency partners, employing a consultative, long term approach that builds productive relationships with stakeholders of all levels within the agencies
- Deliver and exceed quarterly revenue targets through Yieldmo channels and formats via a strategic approach to open new and grow existing revenue streams
Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience within online media buying/selling industry, with at least 4 years focused on agency holding companies
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising space, header bidding, publisher products, SSPs, and DSPs, especially industry trends and challenges
- Deep understanding of how media (display, native and video) is bought, sold, and delivered programmatically across desktop, mobile and CTV
- Ability to work independently to initiate and manage large strategic relationships and assess partnership viability and growth opportunities
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, being comfortable with pulling reports, diving deep into the data and analyzing trends
- Team player with strong persuasion skills and proven ability to influence senior leadership
- Customer-driven product thinking and ability to identify and prioritize requests
- Proactive attitude with excellent project, organizational and time management skills
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills
Hiring Process
Select candidates will be invited to schedule a 30 minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. We will discuss the Hiring Process details at that time. The hiring process typically includes, but is not limited to:
- A 45 minute video interview with the Hiring Manager.
- Candidates will be invited to join a remote on-site interview round, consisting of video interviews with various team members and leadership.
