What You'll Do:
- Lead the quality aspects within a Squad/Scrum
- Review quality specifications, product requirements, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating quality testing activity
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
- Work closely with product managers, project managers, developers, and customer service
- Be responsible for cross-scrum activities, such as release quality and production monitoring and support.
If this sounds like you, you probably have:
- 2+ years of quality assurance experience
- Experience in mobile B2C applications testing both on iOS and Android platforms
- Understanding of complex products (client side and backend side)
- Debugging skills, ability to read logs, and understanding the root cause of issues
- Great personal skills, a team player with a ‘can do’ approach
- Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities
- High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Multitasking, dealing with a high rate of context switching
- Fully comfortable working in English, both in writing and speaking
Nice to have:
- Firmware testing experience - Advantage
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process - Advantage
- Experience with multidisciplinary products, Mobile, Web, HW, AI, and Server- advantage
