This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and lead generation within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The primary goal of the Sales Interns is to cold call and generate leads for the sales team, contributing directly to the growth and success of Summit.

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce Summit’s spend management solutions.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound lead generation activities.oki
  • Research and gather information on potential clients, understanding their needs and how Summit can address them.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Assist in creating and executing email campaigns to nurture and engage leads.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence and resilience in making cold calls and handling objections.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales processes is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
