Why we’re looking for you
The Launch Integration Specialist role is a small team that makes a big impact for our customers at Owner. This role will work together with individuals on the Launch Team to get customers fully set up with every integration we offer at Owner. This role also has an impact on post-live success and will assist customers with integration requests throughout their whole journey at Owner.This is a customer facing role, and you will be talking with customers in the restaurant daily to get their integrations fully set up and completing test orders.
This role also requires you to coordinate with members of the Launch / Success team to communicate your findings with customers.This role is 100% remote and is based in Bogotá, Colombia.
💻 The impact you will have
- You will be part of the team that oversees every integration that is sold and launched at Owner.
- You will work hand-in-hand with the Launch Team to get customers with integrations live.
- This is a customer facing role and you will partner on the phone with customers often to complete test orders with our integrations.
- This role will also work with the Customer Success Team and Customer Support Team to assist with post-live integration issues and requests.
👥 Who you’ll work with
- You will work with the entire Launch Team daily.
- You will also work with members of the Support and Success team.
✅ Minimum requirements
- Full-fluency in English (C1/C2 preferred) with excellence reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- 1-2 years of experience onboarding customers to an online platform.
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Experience with Salesforce (or other similar CRMs)
- Experience with restaurants (working in or working with,) is a huge plus!
🏆 Pay and benefits
- The estimated yearly compensation for this role is between the local equivalent to $27,000 - 32,000 USD, with the potential of additional benefits depending on experience and location.
