Why weāre looking for you
We are looking for an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead a group of talented senior and staff engineers at Owner. Our ideal candidate is someone who is an excellent manager who is strong technically and brings positivity and passion to their work and their teams.This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

- This role reports to our CTO Dean Bloembergen.
- This role will partner closely with Design, PMs and various stakeholders throughout the company.
- You will lead a group of experienced and exceptionally talented engineers!

Minimum requirements
- At least 4 years of experience managing engineering teams, either directly or as a tech lead.
- Staff-level (IC6) or higher engineering experience prior to shifting into a management role.
- Experience building high-performing teams and hiring A+ talent.
- Excitement around keeping coding skills sharp, and jumping into the trenches with the team as needed.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements and innovations on time and within budget.
- Voracious learner. Wants to grow, master their craft, self actualize.
- Motivated by and extremely passionate about our mission.
š Pay and benefits
- The estimated base salary range for this role is $200K-250K plus a generous equity pre-IPO equity package
