We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Field Marketing & Enablement Manager to join our results-oriented team.Job Summary: As a Field Marketing & Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging our sales, revenue operations (RevOps), and marketing efforts to drive success. You will be responsible for supporting the enablement and training of our Revenue team, managing campaigns and projects, coordinating events, engaging with prospects and customers in-person or by phone, and contributing to customer research.

Your work will be critical in identifying case studies and success stories, as well as documenting processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities:


  • Be a partner to sales, RevOps, and marketing teams to help develop and deliver enablement and training programs.
  • Assist product marketing with maintaining and versioning collateral, especially for key industries and personas. 
  • Open and manage projects / campaigns – such as sales gifting, customer reviews, and events – to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Upload, enrich, or create prospect & customer lists to support campaigns and initiatives. 
  • Organize, and execute events – in coordination with partnerships, RevOps, and sales teams – to foster in-person engagement with prospects, partners, and customers.
  • Help identify case studies, testimonials, and reviews to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with the SDR team on campaigns, messaging, and processes.
  • Help document processes and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Assist with customer and industry research to inform marketing strategies, identify gaps in key personas to improve customer messaging.
  • Monitor and report on campaign and event performance.
  • Keep the internal team informed on industry news, as well as new marketing initiatives.
  • Provide assistance in the sourcing and sending of swag or gifts.

Qualifications:


  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably with some Learning & Development / training experience.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Sendoso, Salesloft, Highspot, Hubspot, and comparable SaaS products.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing events, timelines & calendars, and messaging.
  • Basic design & written capabilities for creating presentations and internal resources.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Process-oriented with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Driven to get things done, act with urgency, and work both collaboratively and autonomously.
