About the Work:


The Manager, Program Performance and Data Analytics role is crucial for driving growth and operational excellence at Honor.As a leader on our Network Operations team, you will spearhead strategic, data-driven initiatives guided by KPIs and ongoing analysis. Your insights will enhance efficiency and drive growth.In this newly established role, your work will optimize operations performance (programs, tools, partnerships) through data, producing tangible outcomes and ensuring a significant impact on our organization’s trajectory.This is an opportunity to make a substantial impact, shape your role, and contribute to the sustained growth for our incredible network of franchise owners providing the best in care.

Your Impact:


Data Driven Program Discovery 


  • Collaborate with program partners, offering data and insights to inform the development of key tools, programs, resources, and partnerships.
  • Ensure programs are designed to track critical data from the outset, enabling ongoing insight, performance analysis, and organizational impact.

Data Management and Strategic Alignment 


  • Create program dashboards across Network Operations Excellence domains to ensure organizational support and strategic alignment.
  • Oversee program alignment with strategic goals from inception to implementation, continuously evaluating and adjusting based on data-driven insights.
  • Define and implement the data management approach to support operations initiatives.
  • Engage cross-functional teams for cohesive data sharing, analysis, and interpretation.

Program Performance and Continuous Improvement 


  • Oversee program performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals using data, insights, and KPIs.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships to promote informed decision-making and cross-functional synergy.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration to maximize data impact and drive a culture of data-driven excellence.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance processes, increase efficiency, and elevate program impact through continuous improvement initiatives.

To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Bring:


  • 5-10 years of experience in program performance management and data analysis, ideally focused on business health and financial performance.
  • Proficiency with Analytics Tools: Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, Z Wise, Envoka, WellSky, or similar platforms, including the selection and implementation of these tools to create insightful reports and dashboards.
  • Advanced Data Analysis Skills: Expertise in analyzing complex data to derive actionable insights and evaluate program performance.
  • Statistical Knowledge: Proficiency in applying statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
  • Program Performance Measurement: Skilled in tracking and reporting KPIs to measure program impact effectively.
  • Business Alignment and Impact: Your experience should showcase a history of using data to drive strategic insights, continuous improvement, and uncover opportunities throughout the program management lifecycle to build sustainable business strategies and drive business outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, build relationships, and communicate effectively to drive initiatives.

Our range reflects the hiring range for this position.  We use national average to determine pay as we are a remote first company.  Individual pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, experience, education, and training.Base pay is just a part of our total rewards program.  Honor offers equity and 401K with up to a 4% match.  We provide medical, dental and vision coverage including zero cost plans for employees.  Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability and Life Insurance are fully employer paid with a voluntary additional Life Insurance option.  We offer a generous time off program, mental health benefits, wellness program, and discount program.Hiring Salary Range$109,800—$126,500 USD
