We're seeking a Salesforce Specialist who's also adept with Python to join our team. In this role, you'll blend your expertise in Salesforce administration and development with Python scripting and application development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and maintain our Salesforce CRM to fit our business needs.
- Use Python to automate data analysis, integrate with Salesforce and other APIs (including HubSpot), and pull data.
- Develop Flask applications for data manipulation, visualization, and reporting.
- Manage Salesforce user accounts, workflows, and ensure data integrity.
- Support users, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.
- Handle integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
- This role requires the ability to build complex flows, custom Lightning web components, custom Apex code, and more advanced Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Bonus if you are proficient with the Python Pandas Library.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, and Python scripting.
- Preferably certified as a Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automating tasks.
- Familiarity with Flask or similar frameworks for web applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce APIs.
- Knowledge of data analytics using Python libraries like Pandas.
