Responsibilities
- Operations and Project Management:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to generate and implement recommendations to operate and scale our programs and the overall business more efficiently.
- Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of key initiatives and projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, improve processes, and enhance efficiency.
- Set rhythms and cadences of staff meetings, gathering of feedback from 1:1s throughout the Operations organization, and synthesizing that into opportunities for improvement.
- Executive Support:
- Provide strategic support to the executive team, including preparing presentations, analyzing KPIs, and managing communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the schedule, priorities, and commitments, ensuring effective time management and alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Strategic Planning and Analysis:
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company's strategic plan, including conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
- Analyze business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to the executive team.
Skills and Experiences
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations, project management, and executive support, preferably in high-growth startups or relevant industries.
- Proven track record in successfully managing complex projects and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of business operations, process improvement, and project management methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven results in working with C-level stakeholders and the ability to lead through influence.
- Academic pedigree with an MBA from a reputed institution.
- A big plus if you have previous experience as a Chief of Staff and/or in management consulting.
