POSITION SUMMARY


The People Operations team at eGenesis is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our full-cycle recruiting process. As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding support. This role involves working closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless and positive hiring experience for candidates and our internal team.  The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, effective time management, and the ability to collaborate with a broad range of teams.

In this role, you will have opportunities to develop within Talent Acquisition and gain experience in broader Human Resources to support our growing team. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions on our career site and job boards
  • Source candidates through job boards and other recruitment channels
  • Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates and occasionally conduct phone screens
  • Coordinate multiple rounds of in-person and virtual interviews with interview team and candidates at all four sites
  • Demonstrate urgency by effectively balancing candidate and interviewer availability and responding to last minute schedule changes
  • Manage background check process and communicate results with new hires
  • Maintain clear communication across the organization to ensure a smooth onboarding process for both new employees and our operations teams who support employee onboarding
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding and new hire orientation, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
  • Evaluate Talent Acquisition process from start to finish to identify and recommend continuous improvements
  • Attend on campus career fairs and identify new avenues to attract talent to eGenesis

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 1-3 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, staffing or customer service
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR Information Systems (Lever and Paylocity experience is a plus)
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
