This role will be instrumental in shaping Linear’s story, leading our solutions messaging and sales enablement efforts. You'll craft tailored narratives for our diverse audience, from nascent startups to established enterprises, illustrating how Linear empowers them to build superior products and optimize efficiency across their organizations. You'll collaborate with teams throughout the company to cultivate awareness, drive adoption, and elevate our overall messaging to new audiences.Please note: We are an equal opportunity employer and remote-only company. Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, product management, operational roles
Experience crafting compelling narratives and marketing materials for technical audiences
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
Exceptional storytelling abilities, both written and verbal
A refined aesthetic sense and deep appreciation for brand integrity
What you'll do
Craft the Linear narrative and the stories of our customers
Develop a deep understanding of our customers, target segments, and buyer personas
Leverage data and insights to articulate Linear's transformative impact on our customers
Manage a number of diverse and complex projects, keeping all work streams on track
Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns for Linear's strategic product initiatives, driving awareness and adoption
Create polished, narrative-rich assets such as customer stories, sales collateral, and videos that showcase Linear's value proposition
Collaborate seamlessly across marketing, sales, and other teams, weaving a cohesive brand story
