THE JOB
The B2B Affiliate Program Manager is responsible for finding and leading a team of independent Affiliates (1099 contractors) to expand our Affiliate Program. The ideal candidate will have worked with a successful Affiliate Program previously, ideally B2B. Affiliates will make referrals to our Account Executive team, and are paid if the deal closes. This is a fully remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and activate high-quality Affiliates. (Affiliates are not employees, they are 1099 contractors who work their own schedule and with minimal direction.)
- Provide Affiliates with relevant information so they understand our products and services and can message appropriately to potential clients.
- Create and implement strategies for Affiliates to drive referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates. Provide ongoing support and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain regular communication with your team to keep them informed about company updates, product launches, and promotional activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years’ experience working with an Affiliate Program either as an Affiliate Program Manager/Coordinator, or B2B Affiliate.
- B2B Affiliate experience strongly preferred.
- Experience selling to Marketing and HR professionals preferred.
- Experience selling software or technology into Healthcare, Non-Profit, Consumer Goods industries is preferred.
- Knowledge of 1099 contractor regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong PC skills
